Present wird zu past tense-Personen ändern sich!

Simon mentioned, “Yesterday i shot a goal.“

Simon mentioned that he had shot a goal the day before.

Benni pointed out, “I was learning English while Vincent was learning Spanish.“

Benni pointed out that he had been learning English while Vincent had been learning Spanish.

Past wird zu past perfect!

Christopher explained, “I have already done my homework.“

Christopher explained that he had already done hin homework.“

Present perf. simple wird zu past perfect!

Chrisi  stated,“I have been waiting for the bus for an hour but it hasn´t come yet.“

Chrisi stated that had been waiting fort he bus half an hour but it hadn`t come yet.

Present perf. continuous wird zu past perfect continuous!
