Vergleich:
Ann greeted Jane and asked her, how she was.
Jane thanked her and asked how Ann was and if everything was ok.
Ann apologized for not phoning her and added (or explained) that she hadn´t had any time. They had had guests from Mexico for two weeks. They had left only the day before.
Jane told her not to worry, she could understand how she felt. She hoped it had been nice.
Ann assured her it had been. She suggested going tot he Starbucks at the corner and she would tell her more about it.
Jane agreed to do that.
Ann agreed too.
